Ty Ffynnon Cottage is a three bedroomed cottage with disabled access, the interior is on one level and all doors are widened to accommodate wheelchairs. Kitchen / diner comprises full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, George Foreman grill, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils, table and 6 chairs.Sitting room with T.V/Video and DVD.
(selection of video's in cottage) Radio / C.D.player door out to private patio with furniture and loungers. Bathroom , bath with electric shower over, toilet, wash basin with electric shaver point. Bedroom 1, large room with double bed, en - suite shower room with shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2, is a single room with a 4' bed, bedroom 3, has three bunk beds.

Disabled Access Statement for Ty Ffynnon Cottage
Car parking outside door for 2 vehicles, ramp to front door, all interior doors are wide
enough to accommodate wheelchairs.
The en - suite shower has wide opening half doors, with curtain around and stool if
needed, shower head raises and lowers. There is a 2 inch step into shower.
Toilet has raised seat and grip rails and there is a hand wash basin.
There is a small step out of the lounge door to patio, (hand-grip rail on wall,) there is a
level path around the outside of the cottage.

Bethan's Corner Cottage
Bethan's Corner is a two bedroomed cottage, bedroom 1 is a large spacious room with a double bed and ample room for cot or single bed, Bedroom 2 has full size bunk beds.
Bathroom has bath with electric shower over, toilet and wash basin, electric shaver point.
Large lounge room with TV. video & DVD (selection of video's in cottage) radio/cassette/c.d
player, doors to private patio with furniture and access to garden.
Kitchen has full size cooker fridge/freezer, microwave / convection oven, george foreman grill,
toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils.
